These Terms and Conditions govern your use of gaialivemusic.com and set the general framework for the entertainment and AV services of Gaia Live Music. By using the site or booking with us, you accept them.
About the Website
The content on this site is informational. It is not a binding offer, and availability for your date is not confirmed until we issue a written proposal and receive the payment it specifies.
Proposals and Bookings
Every booking is governed by your written proposal and agreement. It sets out your services, equipment, schedule, payment terms, currency, taxes, and cancellation or rescheduling terms.
- A quoted price and date are secured when you make the advance payment stated in your proposal.
- Prices in a proposal do not include taxes or permits unless the proposal says so.
- If your event details change, we will update your proposal and confirm the changes in writing.
Service Conditions
- Venue and permits: your venue’s rules apply. Permits of any kind are quoted separately and are your responsibility unless your proposal states that we manage them.
- Setup and access: we plan setup jointly with you based on your event schedule. Power access, load in routes, and a safe working space must be available as agreed.
- Weather: for outdoor events, you are responsible for providing a safe, covered alternative when the forecast requires it. We may ask you to sign a liability document and leave a deposit if you choose to proceed outdoors.
- Pyrotechnic and sparkler elements: Cancún’s humidity can stop these elements from igniting, and they cannot be tested beforehand. We guarantee proper storage and operation, not ignition.
- Performers: artists may differ from the demo for unforeseen reasons, and we always preserve the quality of the service contracted.
- Questions about performers: our coordinators handle all questions, so there are no private meetings with performers before the event.
- Talent hospitality: please provide a decent waiting area and non alcoholic beverages for performers, and food for our staff when events are outside Cancún or in locations with restricted access.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate event information, provide venue access, and tell us promptly about any change to your schedule, venue, or guest count.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Gaia Live Music is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather or venue closures. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer under Mexican law.
Intellectual Property
The text, images, videos, logos, and designs on this site belong to Gaia Live Music or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without written permission.
Third Party Links
The site may link to third party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Governing Law
These terms follow the federal laws of Mexico and the laws of the State of Quintana Roo. Disputes go to the competent courts of Cancún, Quintana Roo, without affecting any consumer protection rights you may have, including before PROFECO.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
